INA ROSE

WHAT ARE YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT?

Tough question. So many things. First and foremost, I want to have fun. I like to surround myself with smart, upbeat, nice people. No negative people. Second, I love finding the perfect person for each client. Providing people with a different way to work each day is fun. Whether they work a lot of hours on a tough project and then take some time off or whether they find a client situation that has flexibility so they can pursue their passions, that is my favorite thing to do.  Lastly, I am passionate about the planet and helping make the world a better place for everyone and every living thing. This includes working on recycling projects and running 50 marathons in 50 states to raise money for charities.

WHAT MADE YOU START PASSION 4 PEOPLE NOW ?

I have been fortunate enough to work at four great companies that all emphasized great client service.

First Touche Ross (now Deloitte), where I learned the importance of asking the right questions.  Second at Accounting Solutions in San Francisco, where I learned about creating a new way to work for the accounting/finance professional and a new way to get work done at our clients. The third company was Resources Global, where I learned how to start and grow a practice on two different coasts. Lastly at Tatum, where I learned about Private Equity and working with small to mid market clients where you can really make a difference. All along those 25 years, we created a new way to work for the professional but the office staff didn’t really work any differently. Now, I want to take the flexibility that we have offered for the accounting/finance professional and give it to the recruiting/staffing professional.

WHAT MAKES PASSION 4 PEOPLE DIFFERENT THAN OTHER STAFFING FIRMS ?

There are two main differentiators: by offering a non traditional office environment, we save on overhead which means we can pay our accounting/finance professionals more and charge the clients less. Anyone working at P4P will make more when they work more so it is up to them to decide how and where to do the work. We give a 2% of our revenue to charities of our clients and employees choice every quarter.
