WHY PASSION 4 PEOPLE ?
Joining Passion 4 People Consulting represents the culmination of my career. Since college graduation, I have spent my entire career in the recruiting industry whether it be working with global consulting companies, executive search or staffing firms. No matter which kind of company I was involved in, for me, it always came back to the people and having the right partnership between clients and candidates.
With my younger son leaving for college, I began to think about my next career steps and spoke with the most successful people that I have encountered. Ina Rose uniquely stood out as a leader with a track record of success and the ideal person for me to partner with. When colleagues and clients follow people throughout their careers, it’s a great indication of a winner. Ina and I worked together at RGP and have been in touch and partnered subsequently. I am thrilled to reunite.
WHAT DOES SEARCH AND CLIENT SERVICE MEAN TO ME?
I landed in search at the age of 23 and it has been a part of my professional identity ever since. Conducting talent searches and being able to help people secure a role that allows them to live their best lives has always been extremely fulfilling for me. I enjoy working diligently to find candidates who complement existing teams. I take personal pride and satisfaction in placing people in winning situations. To ensure I exceed both the client and candidate’s expectations, I have long followed one of my earlier mentor's advice, “We have one mouth and two ears, and we should use them accordingly.”
WHAT ARE YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT?
Above all I am most passionate about my family. Also, no day is complete without physical fitness and self-care including cycling, hiking and strength training. Traveling is a big part of our family which has included visiting 15 countries. Together we have enjoyed learning about different cultures, sharing local cuisine, visiting famous landmarks and embracing adventures.
Our family enjoys sharing music and following our beloved Knicks and Yankees. During the pandemic, I found a love for cooking and baking which became foundational for new types of family enjoyment. Lastly, I have always been passionate about giving back and I am actively involved with Cycle for Survival and Friendship Circle.
